Importer Questions
What is the difference between FIBC bags, bulk bags and super sacks?
They are the same product. FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) is the technical term, bulk bag is the common North American name, and Super Sack is a well-known trademarked brand name often used generically. Jumbo bag, big bag and one-ton bag are regional synonyms for the same woven polypropylene container.
What is your MOQ for FIBC bulk bags?
Minimum order quantity depends on your specification — a plain Type A bag and a printed, certified one carry very different minimums, because custom runs carry setup costs that spread across the order. Mixed-specification orders can often be combined in one container. Send us the spec and we will confirm the MOQ against it.
What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on your specification, order quantity and the factory current production queue — customization, printing and certification testing each add steps before packing. Send us the spec and quantity and we will confirm a lead time for that order rather than quoting a generic range.
Can you print our logo on the bags?
Yes. We support printing in up to 3 colors on one or multiple panels. A one-time plate fee applies for new artwork, and we send digital proofs for approval before production.
Do you provide UN certified bags for hazardous materials?
Yes. Our partner factories produce UN certified FIBCs with 13H1–13H4 markings, supported by test reports from accredited institutes. Tell us your product and UN number for a precise recommendation.
How do I get a sample?
Send us your specification and we will ship a sample bag for testing. Sample and courier fees apply, and are refunded against your first bulk order.
